We’re a couple, Elya and Karsten. We launched Near Together because we’ve personally experienced how hard it can be to stay close when you live in different countries. For anyone living abroad who wants to send a gift or place an order in Russia but cannot pay directly.

If your card or payment method is not accepted on Russian websites, we handle the payment for you.
How it works
You tell us what you would like to order and who it is for. We take care of the calculation, payment, order placement and support until delivery.

Review and calculation
We check whether payment and delivery are possible, calculate the cost of the item, delivery and our service, and send you the final amount.
Confirmation and payment
You review the calculation and the order details. If everything looks right, you confirm the order and pay the agreed amount.
Placing the order
We place and pay for the order with a local shop, cake maker, florist or other service provider and arrange delivery within the recipient’s country.
Support until delivery
We send you the order confirmation and, where available, tracking information. We monitor the status and contact the shop or delivery service if necessary.

Service options and minimum fees
Three simple tariffs. Prices are per order and do not include the cost of the items or the shop’s delivery fee.
Payment only
from 15€
You’ve already agreed everything with a cake maker, florist or another service, but you can’t pay. We pay for the order in the required country using their payment details.
Basic order
from 20€
You send us links or a description of what you want to order. We place and pay for the order in the required country, enter the recipient’s details and make sure the order is dispatched.
Order with gift selection
from 35€
You tell us about the recipient and your budget. We suggest gift options, agree them with you, then place and pay for the order and support it all the way until it’s marked as delivered.
What makes up the final amount?
Each order is calculated individually. The final amount includes:

Once the order details and final amount have been agreed, we send you a payment link through Robokassa. The available payment methods are shown on the payment page.
Payment processing costs
Under our current Robokassa plan, the payment service deducts a percentage of the total payment amount from Near Together:
These payment processing costs are taken into account when preparing your individual calculation and are already included in the amount agreed with you before payment. The Robokassa fee is not added separately after the order has been confirmed.
Currency conversion by your bank
If the currency of your card differs from the currency shown on the payment page, your card issuer will convert the amount. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and may also charge an additional foreign transaction or currency conversion fee.
These bank charges are not included in the Near Together calculation, are not paid to our service and are outside our control. We recommend checking your bank’s currency conversion terms and possible fees before making the payment.

Before payment, we send you a complete calculation. You see the final amount in advance and can decide whether it works for you.
No hidden charges are added by Near Together after the amount has been confirmed. However, the final amount charged to your card may differ due to the exchange rate or an additional fee applied by your bank.
Payment processing costs

- 2.9% when payment is made with a card issued by a Russian bank;
- 9.9% when payment is made with a card issued outside Russia.

Fill out a short form — we’ll take care of the payment, order processing, and delivery in the required country.
You can also send us a message on Telegram @neartogether_com after submitting your request. This helps us get back to you faster, as Telegram may occasionally limit messages from new contacts. Please note that processing requests may take 1–3 business days, so we recommend placing your order in advance.

Returns and exchanges follow the rules of the specific shop/service.

- A money refund is possible after the shop has actually refunded the amount, minus our service fee and any additional costs (return shipping, payment system fees, etc.).
This can happen due to busy delivery services, holidays, weather and so on. In this case we:
- request the current status from the shop/delivery service,
- pass all updates on to you,
- help you act according to their rules (complaint, extending storage time, return, etc.).
Yes, we do not work with:
- prescription medicines and prohibited substances,
- weapons and dangerous items,
- alcohol/tobacco/nicotine,
- counterfeit or “replica” branded goods,
- requests like «just send money to someone» without a real order.
